This publication provides a serious contractual baseline, but it is not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel in the countries where AirBoard will be sold or used.
License agreement
This End-User License Agreement is between Thoth Group LLC and the professional Customer identified in the applicable Order Form, invoice or activation record. Installing, activating or using AirBoard confirms acceptance by an authorized representative. The software is licensed, not sold.
Limited license
During a valid subscription, the Provider grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install AirBoard on compatible company-controlled devices and permit purchased named users to use it for the Customer’s internal business operations. Unlimited company-device installation does not create unlimited user rights.
Named users and roles
Each active person requires their own paid or expressly included named-user entitlement. Credentials and seats may not be concurrently shared. The internal administrator is responsible for identity verification, role permissions, joiner/mover/leaver controls and access review.
Trial license
A demo license is temporary, revocable and evaluation-only. It may not be used as the sole production, safety or regulated record system. Trial expiry does not entitle the Customer to bypass activation or alter the system clock, package or license data.
Activation and verification
AirBoard may validate entitlement, company identity, validity dates, seat allowance and package integrity. The Customer must not forge, share, alter or replay license material; interfere with verification; emulate an activation service; or use a code outside the company for which it was issued. Reasonable offline operation may be supported only as documented.
Restrictions
Except where mandatory law expressly provides otherwise, the Customer may not copy beyond installation and reasonable backup, modify, translate, derive, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, circumvent, remove notices, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publish, benchmark for competitive publication without consent, or make AirBoard available as a service bureau.
Updates
Updates may add, change or retire functions to improve security, compliance, compatibility or the product. Critical security or licensing updates may be required for continued use. An update does not expand the license term or named-user quantity unless the Order Form says so.
Customer records
The Customer is responsible for approved source data, configuration, backups, retention and lawful exports. Before uninstalling, replacing a device or ending a subscription, the Customer must export records it is legally required to keep. The Provider does not become the aviation record owner by supplying software.
Safety boundary
AirBoard calculations, OCR, AI advice, reminders and connector observations are decision support. They do not approve maintenance, establish part eligibility, release an aircraft, authorize dispatch, prove crew legality or replace current approved information. Qualified people remain accountable.
Ownership
The Provider and its licensors retain all rights in AirBoard, including code, architecture, interfaces, documentation, templates, graphics, icons and improvements. The Customer receives only the license expressly granted here. Copyright and proprietary notices must remain intact.
Open-source and third-party components
Components supplied under separate open-source or third-party licenses remain governed by those licenses. Third-party connectors and data require separate authority and may cease independently of AirBoard.
Termination
The license ends when the subscription expires or is terminated. The Provider may terminate for material breach after reasonable opportunity to cure, or immediately for deliberate circumvention, unlawful distribution or serious security abuse. The Customer must stop using and remove unlicensed copies, while retaining lawful data exports.
No production warranty from evaluation artifacts
Internal, unsigned, development, beta or evaluation packages are not production releases and carry no promise of notarization, publisher trust, continuous operation or production support. Only a release explicitly identified as production and delivered through an authorized channel is a production artifact.
Warranty and liability
The warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Conditions of Use apply to this license. Nothing excludes liability that mandatory law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Order of documents
The Order Form controls commercial details; this EULA controls the desktop license; the Conditions of Use control website and related services; the Privacy Notice describes personal-data handling. Mandatory law prevails where applicable.
