Software protection
Computer code and copyrightable expression remain owned by or licensed to Thoth Group LLC. Access to a binary, trial, screenshot, manual or website does not place it in the public domain and does not transfer source code, design rights or ownership.
AirBoard brand
AirBoard, its aircraft command symbol, product appearance and associated names and identifiers are brand assets of Thoth Group LLC. No license is granted to imply endorsement, partnership, certification or source. Third-party airline, aircraft, airport and provider names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for factual identification where lawful.
Limited quotation and linking
A professional reviewer or customer may link to the public website and quote brief portions for lawful commentary with clear attribution, provided the material is not altered, misleading or used to reconstruct a competing manual, interface or product. Product screenshots and logos require written permission unless an applicable legal exception clearly applies.
No copying or competitive reuse
Without prior written permission, no person may republish substantial website or documentation content, reproduce the interface, remove notices, train a competing model or dataset on protected private materials, distribute installers, create derivative commercial materials or use AirBoard assets to market another product.
License enforcement
License keys, signatures and activation controls protect authorized use. Circumvention, unauthorized distribution and knowing facilitation may lead to suspension, termination and legal remedies, subject to mandatory law and permitted interoperability exceptions.
Infringement reports
A good-faith report should identify the protected work, the disputed material and location, the reporting party’s authority and reliable business contact information. Reports must be sent through the official legal contact stated in an Order Form or invoice. False or abusive reports may be rejected.
Reservation of rights
No right is granted by silence, implication or estoppel. All rights not expressly granted in a signed agreement are reserved by Thoth Group LLC and its licensors.
